The Schengen Area consists of total 26 members; 22 EU member states and 4 non-EU countries. Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Romania are not yet part of the Schengen Area but, nonetheless, have a visa policy that is based on the Schengen acquis.
Schengen C-Type Visa allows you to travel among all the Schengen countries for a period of upto 90 days (as per Stay/ Validity granted by respective Embassy).
